报告摘要:Newman与Penrose以类光标架为基础创立了一套求解Einstein引力场方程的技术,这套方法称为Newman-Penrose形式。作为微分几何活动标架法在广义相对论中的应用,它在处理涉及“零”或“类光”的计算时显示出强大的威力。本报告首先对Newman-Penrose形式作简要的介绍。作为应用,我们还将介绍最近报告人与何孝凯(湖南第一师范)和吴小宁(中科院数学所)在黑洞唯一性方面的一个工作。
Abstract: Newman and Penrose developed a set of techniques for solving Einstein's gravitational field equations based on the cursor-like frame, which is called the Newman-Penrose form. As an application of differential geometry moving frame method in general relativity, it shows great power when dealing with calculations involving "zero" or "light-like". This report begins with a brief introduction to the Newman-Penrose form. As an application, we will also present a recent work on the uniqueness of black holes by the reporter with He Xiaokai (Hunan First Normal University) and Wu Xiaoning (Institute of Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences).
